Rick Kevan, Director, is an experienced Environmental Planner and has managed many complex planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for a variety of clients.
Rick has extensive experience of undertaking and advising on all aspects of the planning and EIA process. This includes preparation of screening opinion requests, carrying out scoping exercises and preparing detailed scoping reports, co-ordinating EIA specialists including in-house and external specialists and subconsultants, reviewing technical reports, advising clients on environmental planning risks, report writing and providing post-planning advice.
Rick has also reviewed planning applications and Environmental Statements (ES) produced by other consultancies and provided advice on their adequacy and legal compliance. He has excellent knowledge of the assessment methods and technical requirements for all EIA disciplines and has managed many non-EIA environmental assessment projects to support planning applications and discharge planning conditions.
