• EIA Scoping Reports - EIA Scoping with the local planning authority and relevant stakeholders to determine and agree the content and methodology of the EIA.
• Coordination and preparation of an EIA - undertaking of EIA to determine the likely significant effects of a development.
• Desk-based Environmental Constraints Analysis - baseline review of environmental baseline to inform development design.
• General Advice in relation to EIA - development of assessment parameters, and scope of  technical environmental assessments.
• Scope and agreement of technical specialists scope of works - assistance in instruction of the  team to deliver technical environmental assessments including but not limited to air quality, noise, ecology, flood risk, heritage, archaeology, landscape and townscape, socio-economics, contaminated land, wind and sunlight and daylight.

Mineral and Waste Planning:

• Planning Appraisals, Strategies and Statements - preparation of documents to support planning applications. 
• Review and advice in respect of Planning Policy - assessment of key planning considerations and prospects of success.
• Preparation and coordination of Public Consultation material - preparation of material for public consultation events.
• S106 negotiations and drafting of Heads of Terms - post planning advice in relation to legal agreements.
• Preparation and coordination of Planning Applications - full and outline applications, S73 and S96 applications and co-ordination and management of technical teams.
